MELBOURNE Football Club proudly thanks all members for signing on in 2024, and continuing to support the club through both the AFL and AFLW season.

This year saw more than 65,000 diehard Demons sign up and show their support, proudly wearing their red and blue at home and away.

With an additional focus on youth and building a new generation of Demon supporters, the club reached an important milestone in 2024, breaking its all-time junior membership record.

CEO Gary Pert extended his sincere thanks to Melbourne members for their continued support.

“We would like to thank the more than 65,000 members who have shown their support for the red and blue so far this year,” Pert said.

“This support from our members is absolutely critical, and while we appreciate this AFL season wasn’t the one we had hoped for, there were some special moments that we have all shared in, whether it be at our spiritual home of the MCG or on the road.”

While the AFL season has come to a close, the Demons’ AFLW campaign has only just begun, with another exciting match this weekend at Casey Fields.

“Our AFLW team have launched their attack on the season, and are excited for the opportunity that lies ahead,” Pert said.

“With four more home games, including this Sunday against North Melbourne, there is still time to get on board and show your support as a 2024 AFLW member.”
