Tholstrup has cleared concussion protocols after receiving a knock in the Demons loss to Fremantle in Round 19.
Blake Howes returns to AFL footy for the first time since Round 16 after averaging 20+ disposals over the last three weeks at VFL level.
After collecting 31 disposals and 22 contested possessions in the VFL following last week’s AFL ommision, Sparrow will take his place back in the senior side.

Caleb Windsor exits the team after sustaining a syndesmosis injury in Melbourne’s two-point loss to GWS in Round 20.
Laurie and Billings have both been omitted from the side.

The Demons make their only trip to Marvel Stadium for 2024, with first bounce against Footscray scheduled for 7:30pm.
