MELBOURNE has made a further change to its AFL list, informing Kye Turner he will not receive a contract for the 2024 season. 

Turner joined the Demons as a Pre-Season Supplemental Selection in February and went onto play six VFL games for Casey, despite battling injury for majority of the season. 

Melbourne List Manager Tim Lamb thanked Turner for his commitment and contribution. 

“On behalf of everyone at the club, we would like to thank Kye for all he gave to the program this year,” he said. 

“We wish him nothing but the best for the next chapter in his journey.” 

Turner featured in the opening two matches of the VFL season before returning for the final month of Casey’s campaign, averaging 10 disposals throughout.
