VFLW:
INS - Woolcock, Neal, Lehman, Burke, Proy, O'Connor
OUTS - Hogg, Sherriff, Fowler, Rummel, Rigoni
Plenty of changes for the VFLW team this week as they look to continue to build their momentum and carry over the energy from their win over Williamstown last round.
The team will be eager to continue their recent success and good form and hope to build a streak of wins on the run as they take on North Melbourne at home for Indigenous round.
Six changes this week with experience key defender Belinda Woolcock returning after a week out.
Marla Neal and India Lehman will also return to the squad after both pulling out late last week with illness.
Ciara Burke will be a great addition to the forward line as she is bought back into the team for the first-time since round 4 after injuring her ribs.
Burke was the league top goal scorer before getting injured and will be sure to continue the stellar form from the beginning of the season.
Gemma Proy and Eloise O’Connor will make the 21 for this week.
This will be Proy’s first appearance of the season will O’Connor is returning for the first time since Round 3.
Plenty of big name’s outs as well with AFLW players, Casey Sherriff and Georgia Fowler coming out.
Melanie Hogg, Steph Rummel and Jemma Rigoni will also make way, proving that there is plenty of competition for places in the side.
The team will be enthusiastic to win two games on the bounce, but North Melbourne will be a challenge and good competition for the Demons side.

INS - Harmes, Jordon, Turner, Koo, Neocleous
OUTS - Spargo, Farris-White, McRae, Valentine, Gregory
UPDATE: Due to his age, Ryan Koo has been replaced by Finn Emile-Brennan. Emile-Brennan will wear Koo's number for this week.
In similar fashion to the VFLW side, Taylor Whitford has made a plethora of changes to the side that will take on North Melbourne.
After the loss to the Gold Coast Suns, followed by the bye, Whitford has had plenty of time to adjust the team and make the suitable changes to put the Demons back in winning motion.
James Harmes and James Jordon are the two notable inclusions, with key defender Daniel Turner also returning to the team.
Youngster Ryan Koo will be making his debut in Demons colours with Harvey Neocleous also returning to the side for his forth game of the season.
Charlie Spargo has returned to the AFL since Casey last took to the field.
Kyah Farris-White makes way alongside Tommy McRae, Ryan Valentine and Max Gregory who has played every game of the season until now.
Plenty of changes to the team, the Demons will be hopeful to return to winning ways after a week off to refresh and come back stronger then ever and to rebuild momentum for the season.
