THIS SATURDAY will see Melbourne fans farewell premiership captain and AFLW star, Daisy Pearce.
Pearce announced last month that, after 55 games in the red and blue, she would be calling time on her playing career having left an incredible legacy on the club and the league as a whole.
Joined by premiership coach Mick Stinear and a number of premiership teammates, Pearce will attend the club's 2023 Family Day on Saturday 25 February at Yarra Park, using the event to enjoy a final day of connection with Dees fans.
Libby Birch, Melbourne defender and long-term friend of Pearce's, will chat to the former Dees captain on stage with fans encouraged to arrive from 10am to see the action live.

The day will also see Ben Brown say goodbye to his famous curly locks, having fundraised for a charity close to his heart, Challenge. A not-for-profit organisation, Challenge, supports families and children living with cancer.
