IT WAS a strong showing from the Demons on Saturday, as they sailed to a 6.8 (44) to 1.1 (7) win over the Giants. 

In windy condition at Casey Fields, Melbourne took control of the game from the first bounce, keeping GWS scoreless until late into the final quarter. 

The Dees walked away 37-point victors, collecting their 11th straight win on their home turf.
