MELBOURNE members will have access to the Queen’s Birthday match this season, with the club announcing the Round 13 clash with Collingwood as a member replacement game.

This compensation comes on the back of the Demons’ scheduled match in the Northern Territory, where they will face Port Adelaide for a home game in Round 18. 

The Queen’s Birthday battle with the Pies, which has become a fundraising event for the ‘Fight MND’ cause, was moved to the SCG in 2021, with Melbourne fans missing the opportunity to attend the home fixture.

With the two clubs now alternating ownership of the home game for this schedule each year, the club has decided to grant members access to this blockbuster in 2022.
