Season Overview:
Rosman arrived at the Demons at the end of 2020 when he was drafted with pick No.34. He came to the club as a tall and versatile wingman with an impressive overhead mark and a strong left foot.
2021 saw Rosman further develop his skills across the wing while also spending some time up forward. The VFL's limited season due to COVID-19 restrictions meant that the 19-year-old didn't see a whole lot of game time, but was still able to improve on the track.
VFL coach Mark Corrigan spoke of Rosman's development earlier in the year, saying he was impressed with youngster's hard work.
"He's playing some good wing time, while also playing a bit up forward now too," Corrigan told Melbourne Media.
"He's working hard at learning that new role and remaining consistent for four quarters."
