Melbourne youngster Jesse Hogan has been given permission by the AFL to play in the upcoming NAB Cup.

Hogan was claimed via the GWS Trade Incentive List Establishment rule, the 18 year old is a power house forward prospect, who will officially be on Melbourne’s list in 2014.

Although he is eligible for this year’s pre season completion, Hogan will not be eligible for the 2013 Premiership season.

Hogan has been earmarked to play for the Casey Scorpions in the VFL this year.
